What is Browser Screensaver?

Each one is a single page you open and put fullscreen. Nothing is downloaded, nothing is installed, and there is no account.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every screen is free, with no signup, no trial, no watermark and no feature held back behind a payment. The site is paid for by advertising, which is the only reason it can stay that way.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. Everything is drawn by the browser itself — there is no installer, no extension and no plugin. That is also why it works identically on Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, Android and iOS without a separate version for each.
How do I make a screen fullscreen?
Press F, or click the fullscreen button on the screen. Escape exits. On an iPhone, where the browser does not allow real fullscreen, the page expands to fill the whole viewport instead and hides its own interface, which gets to the same place.
Can I save the settings I chose?
Yes — every setting is written into the address bar as you change it, so a configured screen is just a URL. Bookmark it, send it to someone, or open it on another machine and get exactly the same screen back. Nothing is stored on a server, so nothing can be lost.
Does anything I type get uploaded?
No. The site is static and has no server to receive anything. The colour you pick, the timer you set, the text on a fake update screen and the contents of a QR code are all computed on your own device and never transmitted.
Will these work on a TV, a projector or an old laptop?
Yes. The effects are drawn with code rather than played as video, so they render at whatever resolution the screen actually is and stay sharp on a 4K TV without a large file to download. On a slow machine, turn the speed or density settings down or make the window smaller.
Does the site work offline?
Once a page has loaded, it keeps running with no connection — the screensaver, the timer and the colour screen all run locally. You need to be online for the initial load.
