- A screen that is broken, blank, or behaving differently from how the page describes it — say which browser and which device, it is almost always the fastest thing to fix.
- A screensaver, colour, monitor test or fake screen that should be here and is not.
- Something factually wrong in the text on a page. The monitor test pages make claims about how displays behave and I would rather they were right.
- Accessibility problems — a control you cannot reach with a keyboard, text that is unreadable at your contrast settings, motion that should be pausable and is not.
- Press, licensing, or asking to use a screen in something you are making.
Privacy and legal requests
The same address handles anything to do with the privacy policy or the terms, including requests about advertising cookies. Put "Privacy" in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
If you believe something on the site infringes a copyright or trademark you hold, write in with the page URL and what specifically is at issue. Anything genuinely infringing comes down.
What this inbox is not for
